and Software Engineering, Scout Design, Microsoft, 76design and

Thank you to our record number of delegates! There is no CUSEC
without you!
Finally, a big thank you to all the organizers. Thank you for the
countless hours that you have volunteered for CUSEC 2008!
We have already started seeing blog posts about CUSEC 2008 and photos
being posted on flickr. Just like last year, a best blog post and
picture from flickr will be chosen and a free ticket to CUSEC 2009
will be awarded. If you blog about CUSEC 2008, make sure to shoot us
an email at info at cusec.net with a link to the post. Pictures can be
posted on flickr with the tag 'cusec2008'. There are already over 350
pictures! Winners will be announced in January 2009.
During the CUSEC 2008 closing remarks, the organizing committee was
pleased to announce the chairs for CUSEC 2009! Congratulations to
Eitan 'Skrud' Levi from Concordia University and Linda Wang from the
University of Waterloo.
Lastly, CUSEC is always looking for volunteers. If you would like to
volunteer in anyway, please send an email to info at cusec.net with your
name and the position you are interested in. Please note that you
must be registered as a student at the time of application. So, get
those applications in, because preparation has already began for 2009.
Ideas for 2009 should be directed to info at cusec.net as well.
Thank you to everyone involved with CUSEC 2008 for an amazing year.
Here is to 2009, bigger and better!
